Abstract

|
We report a rare case of mayer-Rokitansky syndrome including uterus didelphys with ipsilateral imperforated vagina, ipsilateral renal hypoplasia, and ipsilateral single ectopic opening of ureter into vagina, with review of related literatiures.
This 15 year old female was presented as larger amount of mucopurulent vaginal discharge.
The embryogenesis of mullerian duct and wolffian duct anomalies, associated clinical findings, diagnosis and management are discussed.
